Chris has worked in the electronic document industry for over two decades, holding a variety of senior management and leadership roles. Immediately prior to founding Doxim, Chris was Vice President, Professional Services for Ricoh Canada, a leading global provider of document imaging products and services.

Steve is responsible for the Statements & Reporting, and Content Management solutions from Doxim. 

Peta Wales

Vice President, Operations

Peta Wales joined First West Credit Union, one of Canada’s largest cooperative financial institutions, in 2014 as Vice-President, Operations. Based in Metro Vancouver, B.C., she leads the numerous operational teams that work to ensure First West’s members consistently receive remarkable experiences and trusted financial advice across the organization’s province wide network of 52 branches. Peta has a passion for continuous improvement and providing an exceptional member experience, which she applies to the areas she oversees - this includes operational effectiveness, member experience, segment strategy, change management and branch operations, in addition to First West’s mortgage broker and member contact centres. In the 16 years prior to First West, Peta held increasingly senior positions from Financial Planner to strategic design and operational leadership at major Canadian and multinational banks.

Capping a lengthy list of professional accomplishments is the recent and highly-successful implementation of Doxim’s CRM platform at First West in early 2017, a project which Peta led in partnership with IT. Beyond work, Peta enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters in the beautiful B.C. outdoors, whether it be skiing in the winter months at Whistler or boating along the Sunshine Coast in summer. 

Sean Kennelly

With close to 15 years of industry experience, Sean Kennelly brings a wealth of technical know-how to Doxim. During his career, he has led both Managed and Professional Services teams, and been involved in Project and Product Management. Sean was heavily involved in the design and planning of Doxim CRM and Doxim Loan Origination, and this experience informs his vision around lending and customer experience strategy. Sean currently works as a pre- and post-sales Solution Engineer, and staff and customers alike benefit from his experience in designing solutions and solving complex problems. 

Sean O'Donovan

Vice President, Customer Success

Sean O’Donovan joined Doxim as Vice President of Marketing in 2010. In 2011, he added Product Management to his portfolio and then, in 2012, added leadership of Doxim’s Operations and Professional Service activities. In the spring of 2017, he took on a brand new, green-field challenge at Doxim, to define and lead the company’s strategic approach to Customer Success, developing the cross-departmental programs and processes needed to monitor, track and improve every customer interaction. Prior to joining Doxim, Sean had over 20 years’ experience in technology sales and marketing across Europe and North America, including several executive leadership roles at Canadian technology companies, including InSystems in Canada and the U.S., and Perle Systems in Canada, the U.K., France and Belgium. Outside the office Sean’s true happy place is in the kitchen, cooking up delicious food for friends and family.

David Arrowsmith

With over two decades’ experience in software, e-commerce and consulting, Dave Arrowsmith is a collaborative leader who thrives on his passion for innovative, yet practical, technology solutions. At First West Credit Union, Dave is responsible for implementing and sustaining IT business solutions to grow and transform Canada's 5th largest credit union. Dave's approach effectively links technology to the business to create measurable results and accelerate innovation, while keeping the member experience front-and-centre. Prior his current role at First West, Dave held senior technology leadership roles, including Interim CIO at Island Savings Credit Union and VP, Professional Services at a Victoria-based software company.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys time in the outdoors with his wife and two teenage children. He also holds a private pilot license and loves flying to various spots on the beautiful west coast of BC.

Johanne Cannon

Manager, Business Analysis

Johanne Cannon has built a career in the credit union and technology space, including roles in QA, Senior Support, Business Analysis and Account Management. In 2012 she led the charge to take G&F Financial Group paperless, establish CRM-supported sales processes, and roll out Business Intelligence and process automation. Today, as Manager of Business Analysis at Westminster Savings, she's in charge of automating and improving business processes, and helping the CU bring in paperless strategies. She has also generously contributed her time in partnership with Doxim to develop our Commercial Loan Origination System. 

Greg McQueen

Vice President Channels | Coach

Libro Credit Union

Greg McQueen has worked with Libro for 15 years, beginning when the credit union was known as St. Willibrord Community Credit Union. His career has included the roles of Commercial Account Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Manager. Now, as Vice President Channels, he is responsible for the development of strategy and the delivery of advice and service through Libro's various channels, including call centre, branch and digital touch points. 

Andrea Masterton

Corporate Marketing Director

Andrea Masterton is the Corporate Marketing Director for e-SignLive based in Montreal. In this role she oversees marketing strategy, market awareness and demand generation within key industry segments, specifically financial services. Her 15+ years' experience in the electronic signature market includes producing hundreds of educational webcasts and seminars, authoring dozens of white papers as well as active participation in industry electronic signature and process improvement workgroups.

Paul Barter is a Management Consultant, Business Professor, Speaker, Entrepreneur and Venture Investor. He is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship and focusses on the intersection of technology, business, employment and society in our rapidly changing world. In addition to his consulting and investing activities Paul supports the next generation of entrepreneurs as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the RIC Centre, a Venture advisor at MaRS Discovery District and as a Schulich MBA professor and entrepreneurship advisor. 

Paul also supplements his consulting and advisory work as an author and is currently completing his next book entitled ‘Who’s Next’ where he describes the effects rapidly changing technologies are having on employment and how stakeholders might respond.
