Is there a cost to attend the Summit?

Your Summit ticket, cost of flight and accommodation, as well as the entertainment package costs are covered by Doxim. The only expenses you may incur could be your taxi fare from/to the airport or hotel incidentals.

How will the event organizers reimburse the cost of my flight?

Doxim will cover the cost of your round-trip economy-class flight to Chicago from anywhere in the United States. After registering for the event, please book your flight and confirm the details/itinerary to your Summit Host by February 11th, once confirmed we will reimburse the cost of your flight post-conference attendance.

No, Doxim has a block of rooms already pre-booked for the event. Once you register, you will be connected with the Doxim team member, your Summit Host, who will ensure your name and arrival/departure date and time are communicated to the hotel.

Do I have to book the hotel to stay at the event venue?

Our Summit program kicks off on Monday March 18th with a Blackhawks/Canucks hockey game and dinner. Transportation to / from the arena will be arranged by Doxim, and all guests are asked to meet in the Gwen Hotel lobby for departure at 6:15pm. Please arrive at the Gwen with this in mind, as well as the time you may need to check in - the shuttle bus will leave at 6:30pm promptly. Hockey tickets will be distributed on the bus.

All payments are processed via PayPal. You may also pay at the time of event. But please reserve your seat by contacting us directly.

The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the event fee. For corporate accommodation rate, please contact us directly.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us, in which case we will always make a full refund.

Dan Latimore

Dan Latimore is the Senior Vice President for Banking at Celent. With a wide range of experience in the industry and as a consultant, Dan brings examples from outside financial services to help banks improve their customer relationships, with a particular emphasis on the importance of technology and culture.

Jim Stickley has stolen credit cards, hacked Social Security numbers, robbed banks, and created fake ATMs. He has broken into armed government facilities and has stolen from teenagers. He is an identity thief, but he is no criminal. 

Fortunately for all victims involved, Stickley is a cyber security expert with over 20 years in the industry who was hired to perform these attacks by corporations testing their security, news agencies investigating security concerns, and other media outlets interested in knowing just how easy it is to commit identity theft.

Mike holds an MBA from Queen’s University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Communications from Seneca College and a Bachelor’s Degree from Mount Allison University.

Chris Palmer
VP of Product Vision and Strategy, Doxim

Chris Palmer is Vice President of Product Vision & Strategy at Doxim. He brings over two decades of experience with financial services technology to lead new growth and innovation for Doxim customers. Chris oversees the strategic product planning for all the applications under the Doxim Customer Engagement Platform. Prior to joining Doxim Chris founded Neocog Technologies, a software provider focused on delivering engagement solutions for community financial institutions which was then acquired by Doxim in 2015. Chris was previously a Professor of Information Technology at Fanshawe Community College and a Senior Systems Analyst for Libro Credit Union. Chris holds bachelor’s degrees in Music Performance and Computer Science and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.

Jay Reed
CIO, Service 1st Federal Credit Union 

Jay Reed is the Chief Information Officer at Service 1st Federal Credit Union. Jay has been part of the credit union movement for ten years and in the financial service industry for eighteen years.  He received his degree in Electronics Technology in 1997 from the Pennsylvania College of Technology; Since then, he’s enjoyed progressive careers in manufacturing, healthcare, and community banking, where he focused on information technology and security. Jay recently received his Certified Chief Executive (CCE) certification from the Credit Union Executives Society’s (CUES) CEO Institute.  He completed his studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

May I bring a guest or a spouse to the event?

The Executive Summit is an invitation-only even, all day and evening events are designed with this in mind, and all included costs will be reimbursed for the invitees only. If you’d like to confirm whether your room can accommodate more than one adult, you can enquire directly with the hotel or your Summit Host.

No, we will not publish attendee names in any communications related to the Summit. The Summit sessions will not be publicized and might be partially video recorded for Doxim internal purposes only.
